We operate as a link-in-bio hosting service that allows individual creators ("Creators") to create, manage, and publish their own public-facing profile pages ("Creator Pages"). Linkdekho acts solely as a technology intermediary and facilitator. We do not create, curate, edit, select, or endorse any content published by Creators on the Platform.
In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021, Linkdekho claims safe harbour protection as an intermediary and shall not be held liable for any third-party content hosted on the Platform, subject to compliance with applicable law.
All information available on Linkdekho.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, links, and other material — is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general informational purposes only. While we endeavour to keep the Platform operational and accurate, Linkdekho makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

Creators are solely responsible for disclosing their affiliate relationships and sponsored content to their audience in accordance with applicable advertising standards and guidelines, including those issued by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) and any other applicable regulatory body.
In accordance with Rule 3 of the IT Rules, 2021, Creators agree, as a condition of using the Platform, not to host, display, upload, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any content that:
Linkdekho reserves the right to remove any content that violates these conditions upon receiving actual knowledge of such violation, in accordance with Section 79(3) of the IT Act, 2000.
All intellectual property on the Linkdekho platform — including its name, logo, design, codebase, interface, and original content created by Linkdekho — is the exclusive property of Linkdekho and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Creators retain ownership of the original content they publish on their Creator Pages. By publishing content on the Platform, Creators grant Linkdekho a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, host, and deliver such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Linkdekho does not claim ownership over Creator content. We will not use Creator content for advertising or commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Linkdekho provides the Platform on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee:
