By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered Creators, and any brands or businesses that interact with the Platform.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and that "you" refers to both you and that organisation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
Linkdekho.com is an intermediary platform as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide Creators with a free link-in-bio page hosting service ("Creator Page") at the URL linkdekho.com/[username]. The Platform enables Creators to:
Linkdekho acts solely as a technology intermediary and hosting service. We do not create, curate, edit, or endorse any content published by Creators. We are not a party to any transaction, interaction, or relationship between a Creator and their audience or any third party.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part or all of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, without incurring any liability to you.
To create a Creator Page, you must register an account on the Platform. By registering, you agree to:
Linkdekho shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above account security obligations.
Upon registration, you will select a username which will form the URL of your public Creator Page (linkdekho.com/[username]). Regarding your username:

6.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all original content, links, text, images, and other material that you publish on your Creator Page ("Your Content"). Linkdekho does not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
6.2 Licence to Linkdekho
By publishing Your Content on the Platform, you grant Linkdekho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and deliver Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Platform and its features to you and your audience. This licence exists only to enable us to run the Platform and will terminate when you remove the content or delete your account.
We will not use Your Content for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes without your explicit written consent.
6.3 Your Representations
By publishing content on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Linkdekho is an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000 and does not proactively monitor all content on the Platform. However, in accordance with Section 79(3) of the IT Act and Rule 3 of the IT Rules, 2021, we reserve the right to:
Content removal may be done with or without prior notice to you. We will endeavour to notify you after the fact where reasonably practicable, except where prohibited by law or court order.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 17).
All intellectual property on the Linkdekho Platform — including its name, logo, tagline, design, user interface, codebase, graphics, and original content created by Linkdekho — is the exclusive property of Linkdekho and is protected under:
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of Linkdekho's intellectual property without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

The core features of Linkdekho — including Creator Page creation, theme selection, link management, and basic analytics — are currently provided free of charge with no time limit.

We will never charge you for features that are currently free without your explicit consent.
Creator Pages on the Platform may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, products, or services not owned or controlled by Linkdekho. Additionally, the Platform may integrate with or reference third-party services.
Linkdekho:
You access third-party links entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platform you visit.
Brands and businesses may partner with Linkdekho to place advertisements or sponsored content on the Platform ("Brand Partners"). Where such advertising appears on the Platform (as distinct from Creator Pages), Linkdekho will ensure it is clearly identified as sponsored or advertisement content.
Any advertising or sponsorship arrangement that a Creator independently enters into with a brand — promoted through their Creator Page — is entirely between the Creator and the brand. Linkdekho is not a party to such arrangements and is not responsible for their terms, delivery, or outcomes.
Creators promoting sponsored products or services on their Creator Page must comply with applicable advertising regulations, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and any applicable SEBI or other regulatory guidelines regarding endorsements and disclaimers.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Linkdekho shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Linkdekho, its founders, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — even if Linkdekho has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linkdekho, its founders, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and advocate fees) arising out of or in connection with:

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your Creator Page will be taken offline immediately. Personal data will be erased within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt. Unlawful content flagged in a valid complaint will be reviewed and actioned within 36 hours, in compliance with the IT Rules, 2021.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18.1 Amicable Resolution — In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations. Either party may initiate this by sending written notice to the other party describing the dispute.
18.2 Jurisdiction — If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of the written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
18.3 Consumer Disputes — Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision.
No failure or delay by Linkdekho in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any other or further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkdekho regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
